FAQ

All orders are shipped from our UK or US fulfilment centres. When ordering goods for delivery you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the destination. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information

Delivery

Thank you for your order! Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that it is on the way. All orders are shipped using a tracked service and a tracking link will be included in this email.

 If you have ordered multiple items, we will dispatch your order when all items are available. Should you require part of your order sooner, please contact us to organise making an additional shipping payment support@stanleybarker.co.uk 

Items In-stock will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. 

Pre-ordered titles will ship within 3-5 business days of their release date, unless stated otherwise.

Returns

Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please email us at support@stanleybarker.co.uk within 14 working days. Shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns where the customer has changed their mind and shipments should be sent using a trackable service as reimbursements will only be issued on receipt of the item.

We do our best to ensure all books are properly packaged, if your book does arrive damaged, we will happily replace it. Please note, we do not qualify bumped corners as damage as it can unfortunately be unavoidable. 

The item should be new and unopened, including the shrink-wrap over the book. Returns must be securely packaged and must include the delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return.

If the item you have ordered has been damaged in transit or is defective, please email us at support@stanleybarker.co.uk within 14 working days providing as much detail as possible, including photographs and we will deal with your enquiry.
